To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Booking and Cancellation
All bookings are subject to driver availability. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked. Please review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (TVA at 10%). Payment is processed securely through our platform. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
6. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. ViteCab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Liability
ViteCab acts as an intermediary between passengers and drivers. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for delays, accidents, or other issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable French law.
